Additional Requirements
In addition to the core requirements above, financial institutions must also provide:
- Operating license (if applicable)
- Anti-Money Laundering/Compliance Policy
- Proof of Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering controls (e.g., Know Your Customer Service Level Agreement agreement) for businesses serving end-users
For Non Financial institutions, we would request a Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering certificate (SCUML) if your business falls into any of the following categories:
