A personal account is for our retail customers for buying, selling, or storing crypto for themselves. A Business account is a separate, verified merchant account that gives you API access, a business dashboard, multi-currency settlement, multi-sub-account wallet, multi sub-account conversions via PAPI & Widgets, access to crypto payment gateway, OTC desk access, and a dedicated Merchant Success contact. Business accounts require corporate KYB (Know Your Business) documentation and go through a separate onboarding process.
