The standard onboarding process has these steps:
- Request a demo via quidax.io or contact the Business team directly. This is an initial scoping call to confirm that our API is the right fit for your use case.
- Submit your business documentation for KYB verification. This includes your incorporation documents, details of shareholders and directors (identifying the ultimate beneficial owners, UBOs), valid IDs, proof of business address, and a description of your intended use case, as well as any other necessary information specific to your business or industry.
- Once approved, you’ll receive sandbox API credentials to build and test your integration before going live.
- After a successful sandbox review, your account is activated for live transactions. A Merchant Success contact is assigned at this stage.
