As a licensed entity, we are subject to Nigeria’s Investment and Securities Act (ISA) 2025, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Recommendations on Virtual Asset Service Providers, and applicable Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Financing of Terrorism, and Counter-Proliferation Financing (AML/CFT/CPF) regulations.
