When you integrate the Quidax API, you are accessing compliant financial infrastructure. This is a meaningful advantage, you benefit from our  licence coverage, compliance programme, and our ongoing regulatory relationships. In return, we require that you operate your own business in a manner that is consistent with applicable law and with Quidax’s compliance standards.

Quidax cannot and will not provide regulatory cover for business activities that are themselves non-compliant. If your product or business model would require regulatory approval that you have not yet obtained, you should resolve that before integrating our API.
